The data collected by the questionnaire, formulating the Blake and Moutan Managerial Grid for the employees and the one-on-one interaction will then be collated, sifted and analyzed. Based on the findings, and application of relevant models like McKinsey’s 7S Model, The ALPS Team will be in a position to do a ‘Training Needs Analysis’, a ‘Skills-Gap Analysis’ and develop an Action Research Model. It may be a training requirement or a performance appraisal requisite or a combination of the two.
