Modules

The ALPS specializes in custom-made programs and designs them exclusively to suit a client’s individual and specific requirements. Some of our newest modules for the corporate are

At the Forefront – The Front Office Team

The executives at the Front Office are the inter-face between the Client and the Company, the Vendor and the Company, the Visitor and the Company, the Employees and the Top Management of the Company. The list goes on. Perhaps, the most undersold yet the one with high expectations, stress-prone, adrenaline-driven and challenging job is that of the Front Office Manager and his team!

“Employee Engagement- Towards Dynamic Relationships at Work”

Learning how to maintain a positive attitude in the workplace can be challenging. When people are working together in teams, differences of opinion and approach are inevitable and can actually promote creativity and innovation. aims to create positive attitudes, which support each employee in having a fulfilling professional and personal life. It is a strategic program designed to help people understand and manage their perception to the events happening in the work environment.

Leaders’ Conclave – Team Confidante’

A good leader must have the discipline to work toward his or her vision single- mindedly, as well as to direct his or her actions and those of the team toward the goal. Action is the mark of a leader, always doing something in pursuit of the vision, inspiring others to do the same. Making the business profitable and also be socially responsible is the challenge today.

Happy Healthy Living – Let’s March ahead!

To bring about a change in the perception, attitudes and motivation among participants to be more conscious of their own lives, stride toward healthy living and be responsible towards themselves which will automatically steer them toward better productivity at work, work-life balance and increasing their happiness quotients!

The Presentation Skills Training

For Trainers’ Workshop is geared towards those who need to develop their ability to present information to both formal and informal gatherings.

“Leaders and Teams: Out-of-the-Box”

The most gifted athletes rarely make good coaches. The best violinist will not necessarily make the best conductor. Nor will the best teacher necessarily make the best head of the department. So it’s critical to distinguish between the skill of performance and the skill of leading the performance, two entirely different skills.

Combining the two qualities of being a team player and a good leader, many a time calls for out-of-the-box strategies. Work and Play scenario presently calls for tremendous amount of innovative and off-beat solutions to stay ahead of the competition. Out-of-the-box strategies, creativity, problem-solving techniques and lateral thinking is the call of the day and a necessary element of teams to stay ahead.

Creative thinking is not a talent; it is a skill that can be learnt. It empowers people by adding strength to their natural abilities, which improves Teamwork and Leadership.

Win-Win Negotiators

The Powers of Persuasion Negotiating Successfully is an art and is a careful exploration of your position and the other person’s position, with the goal of finding a mutually acceptable compromise that gives you both as much of what you want as possible. In an ideal situation, you will find that the other person wants what you are prepared to trade, and that you are prepared to give what the other person wants. What can you and will you trade off in the bargain?

Organizational Intervention

An Organizational Intervention for which The ALPS will design a Questionnaire to address a wide range of issues and conduct a Diagnostic Study. This will be the first step. The data collected by the questionnaire, formulating the Blake and Moutan Managerial Grid for the employees and the one-on-one interaction will then be collated, sifted and analyzed. Based on the findings, and application of relevant models like McKinsey’s 7S Model, The ALPS Team will be in a position to do a ‘Training Needs Analysis’, a ‘Skills-Gap Analysis’ and develop an Action Research Model. It may be a training requirement or a performance appraisal requisite or a combination of the two.
